The Hillwood Częstochowa logistics center is a new project by an American developer present on the Polish market since 2014. This time, the developer decided to develop one of the blank spots on the Polish warehouse map.

Warehouses for rent Częstochowa

As part of the Hillwood Częstochowa logistics park, the construction of two warehouses with a total area of 57,200 sqm is planned.

The offered warehouse space for rent will be built in accordance with the highest standards for which the developer is known:

modern LED lighting,
dust-free floor with a load capacity of 6 T/sqm,
storage height of 10 m,
column grid of 12x24 m,
ESFR sprinkler system and additional fire protection,
docks with protective collars and hydraulic dock levelers,
natural lighting at the level of 3% of the roof area.

Hillwood is a well-known warehouse developer on the Polish market. Its characteristic light-gray warehouses can be seen in many places in Poland, e.g., in Warsaw, Łódź, Stryków, Wrocław. At present, the developer is implementing several new investments, including in Warsaw, Łódź, and Kutno.

The Hillwood Częstochowa logistics center is located in the town of Lgota, about 13 km from Częstochowa.

Just 500 m from the center, the A1 motorway junction Częstochowa - Łódź is being built. Such a location ensures convenient and fast transport of goods both in the southern direction towards Upper Silesia and the Czech Republic, and in the northern direction towards Łódź, Piotrków, and Warsaw.

Hillwood Wchodzi na rynek częstochowski
