Kraków I Logistics Centre is a property commissioned in 2000, offering approximately 10,000 sqm of leasable space, including 8,000 sqm of warehouse space and 2,000 sqm of office space. The warehouse space has been divided into four independent segments that can function autonomously.
The owner of the logistics centre is the well-known in the region Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych. Kraków I is the first of the projects completed by BIK in the Kraków area. From the beginning, the centre has enjoyed very high interest from tenants, which is confirmed by the 100% occupancy of the facility. Clients interested in renting warehouse space in the centre must unfortunately arm themselves with patience and wait for the end of current lease agreements.
