BTS H&M Grodzisk Mazowiecki
A facility in the BTS for H&M formula, one of the largest clothing companies in the world, was built in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The investment was carried out by Panattoni Europe and it was the second joint project of both companies. The distribution center with a total area of over 30,000 sqm was fully adapted to the tenant's needs in terms of location and technical requirements. The building received prestigious LEED certification at the Silver level, thanks to pro-ecological and energy-saving solutions applied by the developer.
