The facility is located approximately 20 kilometers from the center of Warsaw. Its location provides excellent access to major transport routes: the A2 motorway connecting Warsaw with Poznań and Berlin, as well as access to the Warsaw ring road - S8/S2.
Modern logistics center
Warehouses for lease available to tenants within the park will be built in accordance with the standard that tenants can expect from a modern A-class facility:
- clear height 10 m
- column grid 12 x 22.5 m
- dust-free floor with a load capacity of 5 T/sqm
- daylighting via skylights and smoke vents.
The facility is equipped with drive-in ramps allowing access to the interior of the warehouses by delivery vehicles, as well as communication for forklifts between the maneuvering area and the warehouse.
Security and monitoring guarantee safety in the warehouse halls.
