7R Park Lodz East I with another tenant

7R has signed a lease agreement with NordGlass. The renowned manufacturer and supplier of automotive glazing will move into 7R Park Łódź East I occupying nearly 7,000 sqm of warehouse space and approximately 150 sqm of offices.

7R Park Łódź East I is a modern warehouse park consisting of three halls with a total area of approximately 100,000 sqm. It is located in the eastern part of Łódź, in the immediate vicinity of the A1 motorway, next to the Brzeziny junction.

For NordGlass, a brand owned by the Japanese AGC Group, one of the world's leading glass suppliers and a manufacturer of automotive glazing, the warehouse near Łódź will be the main distribution hub in Poland.
