A modern logistics center with an A+ class high-storage warehouse will be built by Antczak Group as part of Krakow Logistics Centre III. The company has signed a general contracting agreement with GLP.
GLP Kraków III is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kraków Technology Park - close to the A4 highway and the newly constructed Kraków northern bypass. The building will offer 55,000 sqm of top-quality logistics space, with the possibility of storing goods up to a clear height of 12 meters. The floor load capacity will be 7.5 t per sq m, and the facility's roof will be adapted for the installation of photovoltaic installations. The project will include green areas, electric vehicle charging stations, as well as dedicated spaces for truck drivers.

The warehouse and industrial segment is one of the four key pillars of Antczak Group's growth in the real estate market. In 2022, the Group handed over more than 430,000 sq. m. of space to customers in this segment, almost twice as much as a year earlier. The Group carries out projects as a general contractor in cooperation with major national and international developers and operators of logistics space.
