Expansion of City Park Wroclaw
Ideal Idea is starting construction of its fifth building, as part of the expansion of the City Park Wrocław business park, right next to the airport of the Lower Silesian capital. The new 15,000 sqm building is a key element of the site's development strategy, increasing the total space offered by Ideal Idea in Wroclaw to 36,000 sqm.With a legally binding building permit in place, the project has entered a crucial phase. The expansion will not only increase the available space resources, but will also strengthen Ideal Idea's position on the market as a provider of modern logistics solutions. The new facility will offer 16 warehouse modules, each with an area of approximately 640 sqm, allowing flexible adaptation to a variety of business needs. In addition, each module will be adjoined by an office of about 120 sqm, providing comprehensive work space for future tenants.
The new building will be constructed in accordance with BREEAM international standards, assuming that Ideal Idea meets important requirements in terms of innovation and environmental care.
Construction work is scheduled to begin in February 2024, and the project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
