Zero-emission business in Wrocław

Ideal Idea is finalizing the expansion of the modern City Park Wrocław complex, which will be the first zero-emission Small Business Units (SBU) business park in the region and in Wrocław. The investment, combining high-class offices with high-storage warehouse modules, will be completed in 2025.

The work on the façade and the development of the external area has been completed. The next phase of the investment will be the construction of building H6. The new building will offer flexible warehouse modules starting from 600 m² and offices starting from 120 m², ideal for companies from various industries, enabling customization of space to individual needs while ensuring full operational independence. The total area of the new park will amount to 22,000 m², increasing Ideal Idea’s total offer in Wrocław to 44,000 m².

The implemented technologies, such as heat pumps, photovoltaic installations, electric vehicle charging stations, and gray water recovery systems, will not only reduce operational costs but also lower tenants’ carbon footprint, supporting their sustainability goals. These innovations will also enhance their ESG rating, positively influencing their non-financial evaluation. The facility will be certified with BREEAM at the Excellent level.

City Park Wrocław is strategically located – in the vicinity of the Mikołaj Kopernik Airport and major transport arteries such as the A4 motorway, the S8 expressway, and the DK94 national road. This makes the complex an ideal location for high-growth potential companies. Additionally, City Park is well-connected to the city via public transport. The area is dynamically developing, with new hotels, restaurants, and shops emerging at a rapid pace.
