As part of the MLP Bucharest West logistics center, the tenant currently utilizes 10,400 sqm of warehouse space. Furthermore, new modern office spaces will be constructed, creating a total of over 300 sqm of contemporary workspace to better accommodate their needs.

MLP Bucharest West is located in the most popular warehouse region of Romania. Its location along the bypass in the north-western part of Bucharest, in the Chitila district, provides optimal conditions for distribution and logistics operations. MLP Bucharest West is a Class A industrial and logistics project.
