Logstor leases additional space at Diamond Business Park Gliwice
Diamond Business Park Gliwice is a logistics center that offers approximately 55,000 sqm of warehouse, office and production space for lease. It is a manufacturing, warehouse and office complex consisting of three halls in an excellent location within the Katowice Special Economic Zone (Gliwice North subzone) in Gliwice, which is only a 10-minute drive northwest of the city center.
The project offers excellent access to existing expressways (direct vicinity with visibility from the E-40 international expressway) and highways (about 7.0 km from the Kleszczów junction of the A4 freeway and the E-40 international expressway). The location of the Property within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) results in favorable CIT taxation for tenants who register and conduct business within the zone.
Danish pre-insulated pipe manufacturer Logstor has leased an additional 2,000 sqm of warehouse space at Diamond Business Park Gliwice. Logstor's pre-insulated pipes are used for system heating and cooling by the petrochemical and food sectors.
The deal with Logstor is another lease at Diamond Business Park Gliwice in recent months. Other tenants in the space include Holbox, Nexteer Automotive and Flytronic.
