Diamond Business Park Gliwice is a logistics center that offers approximately 55,000 sqm of warehouse, office, and production space for rent. Minimum warehouse modules are available from approximately 1,628 sqm.
The Diamond logistics center offers warehouse space for rent that meets the needs of the most demanding tenants. Modern warehouse halls are equipped with video monitoring and fire safety systems. The floor load capacity is 6T/sqm, and the clear-height is 10m.
Numerous parking spaces and spacious maneuvering yards are available on the park premises.
The shape and layout of the warehouses within the park allow for the transshipment of goods and the execution of logistics operations without the need for intermediate storage of goods. Cross-dock warehouses are particularly popular among logistics operators and retail chains. Proper use of a cross-dock warehouse means saving time (shorter goods transshipment time) as well as money (optimization of delivery routes and reduction of storage space usage).
Thanks to the increased floor load capacity (6,000 kg/sqm instead of the standard 5,000 kg/sqm) and additional lighting in selected modules at Diamond Business Park Gliwice, light production is possible. In the case of specific requirements, the developer can make the necessary adaptations to the facility to suit the tenant's needs.
The logistics center is located in Gliwice on Leonarda da Vinci street, about 5 km from the city center and about 30 km from Katowice.
In close proximity to the warehouse halls for rent is national road number 88 (running through the Opole Voivodeship and the Silesian Voivodeship) and the A4 motorway, which leads from west to east through southern Poland.
Diamond Business Park Gliwice is located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone, Gliwice subzone. Such a location of the park allows for obtaining special tax reliefs for tenants.
