Warehouse Park in Gliwice Secures New Lease Agreements

Diamond Business Park Gliwice is a modern industrial, warehouse, and office complex located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone, in the northern part of the Gliwice Subzone.

In recent months, White Star Real Estate has successfully extended three key lease agreements, covering warehouse, office, and social space with a total volume exceeding 12,500 square meters.

The largest transaction was the renewal of the lease with Castolin, a specialist in wear protection and repair technologies using welding and brazing. Operating in DBP Gliwice since 2014, Castolin occupies nearly 6,500 sqm, including over 5,050 sqm of warehouse space, nearly 1,000 sqm of office space, and 450 sqm of social facilities. The lease renewal follows months of negotiations analyzing the company’s strategic growth plans in Central and Eastern Europe.

ACL Poland also opted to continue its lease. As part of the Air Container Logistic group, the company provides comprehensive logistics services for air, sea, and land freight. The renewed lease includes over 2,400 sqm—2,200 sqm of warehouse space and 200 sqm of office space.

Steel product manufacturer Rodastal not only renewed its lease at Diamond Business Park Gliwice but also significantly expanded its footprint. The company extended its lease on 1,620 sqm (1,460 sqm warehouse + 160 sqm office) and added an additional 1,988 sqm of warehouse space, bringing its total leased area to over 3,600 sqm.
