Diamond Business Park Gliwice is a modern industrial, warehouse and office complex, located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone (in the northern part of the Gliwice Subzone).
In recent months, White Star Real Estate has extended three key lease agreements, covering both warehouse, office and social space with a total volume exceeding 12,500 sqm.
The largest of the transactions is the extension of the agreement with the company Castolin, which has been operating in DBP Gliwice continuously since 2014. The company, specializing in technologies for regeneration and wear protection using welding and soldering methods, occupies a total of almost 6,500 sqm, including over 5,050 sqm of warehouse space, almost 1,000 sqm of office space and 450 sqm of social space. The contract extension is the result of months of talks, during which various scenarios for business development in Central and Eastern Europe were analyzed.
ACL Poland, operating within the structure of Air Container Logistic and specializing in comprehensive logistics services for cargo transported by air, sea and land, has also decided to continue its lease. The extended agreement covers over 2,400 sqm, including 2,200 sqm of warehouse space and 200 sqm of office space.
In turn, Rodastal, a manufacturer of steel products, is not only staying in Diamond Business Park Gliwice, but is also almost doubling its occupied space. The company extended the lease of 1,620 sqm (1,460 sqm warehouse + 160 sqm office), and additionally expanded its module by another 1,988 sqm of warehouse space, which gives a total lease volume of over 3,600 sqm.

We are pleased with the trust that our tenants place not only in the facility, but also in our team. This trust translates into long-term relationships, which are the foundation of our industrial portfolio management strategy. Each of these agreements is not only an operational success, but also confirmation that Diamond Business Park Gliwice meets the expectations of companies developing their business in Poland. We see that for many of them, not only the location and quality of the space are important, but also the stability of management and the willingness to build relationships that go beyond the standard lease structure. Despite strong competition in the Silesian warehouse market, our leasing team manages to retain tenants in the property at almost 100% – says Urszula Rasmussen,
Head of Industrial Leasing at White Star Real Estate.
