Peakside Capital Advisors Prepares Logistics Project in the Tricity Area
Peakside Capital Advisors is preparing the development of a warehouse project in the Tricity metropolitan area. The urban logistics park will be built in Przejazdowo and will offer two warehouse halls with a total area exceeding 20,000 sqm.
Peakside has begun expanding its logistics operations beyond Warsaw, targeting regional markets across Poland. As part of the new investment, the company will construct a modern urban logistics park in Przejazdowo, located in Gdańsk County. The project includes the construction of two warehouse halls with a combined area of over 20,000 sqm. Flexible leasing modules will be available for tenants, starting from 1,700 sqm. This addresses the growing demand in the rental market from both logistics and light industrial clients.
"Tricity is one of the fastest-growing markets in Poland. Its strategic location and increasing importance in international logistics and trade make it a natural direction for our expansion. This project marks another step in building our nationwide logistics platform and reinforces Peakside’s consistent growth strategy in the logistics real estate sector," says Stefan Laszczyk, Investment Associate at Peakside.
"Our project will not only be functional and flexible for tenants across various industries, but also designed with a strong focus on sustainability, integrating the latest technological and environmental solutions. Our goal is to create a logistics park that combines high quality, energy efficiency, and excellent accessibility for both users and their employees," adds Olga Wałkiewicz, Leasing Director at Peakside.
The planned buildings will reach a height of 12 meters and will be equipped with heat pumps, electric vehicle charging stations, and roofs ready for photovoltaic installations. As a result, the investment will meet the highest standards of sustainable construction, confirmed by BREEAM and LEED certifications and compliance with the EU Taxonomy.
According to the schedule, the warehouse space will be ready for occupancy in the summer of next year.
