Panattoni builds near Budapest
Panattoni will develop a 64,000 sqm warehouse park in Gyál, Hungary, in two phases. Construction will begin this year, and the facility will be ready in the last quarter of 2024.Panattoni's new project in Hungary is located at the intersection of the M0 and M5 highways, 18 km from downtown Budapest. The facility is being built with BREEAM certification requirements at the Excellent level. Half of the plot will be planted with trees and shrubs, and meadows will also be created. Green areas in the complex will occupy about 34,000 sqm. The warehouse park will include charging stations for electric vehicles and bicycle storage spaces.
The warehouse will have a height of 12 meters. The minimum rentable area at Panattoni Park Budapest - Gyál will be 3 thousand sqm. The building can serve both warehouse and manufacturing functions.
