Panattoni with another strategic manufacturing facility development. Reynears Aluminium - a global supplier of aluminum profiles - is already using one of the largest and most modern production facilities in the company's portfolio, which was built in Zabia Wola - 35 km from Warsaw. The investment, which also includes impressively designed office space, was realized in accordance with a high standard of sustainable construction and has passed BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
Panattoni, while developing new facilities, provides space for a variety of purposes - from warehousing and logistics, through e-commerce, to high-tech manufacturing and modern office space. An example of this versatility is the commissioned plant of Reynears Aluminum - a leading European manufacturer of innovative, environmentally friendly aluminum systems for windows, doors, curtain walls, sliding systems and sunshades.
The company will benefit not only from more than 31,000 sqm of industrial hall, but also from a modern office space of about 1,200 sqm, designed by the ARCH-DECO architectural office from Gdynia. The spaces have been prepared with the comfort of employees in mind in terms of acoustics, air quality or access to daylight. The development will include more than 37,200 sqm of green space.
"At Reynaers Aluminium, rigorous quality control at every stage is the cornerstone of the production process, and the key to efficient operations is a production and warehouse building that is adapted to the business. We are delighted to have been able to deliver a facility that is perfect for the company's processes, while also meeting the high requirements for ecology and energy efficiency. The demanding but successful execution is also a brick added to the green revolution of the entire industry, as Reynears Aluminum's products play an important role in transforming the real estate market towards sustainable construction and reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere," says Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director at Panattoni.
The new factory will feature four process lines: three painting lines and a profile anodizing line. For their needs, the company has implemented a Demi Station unit producing demineralized water, as well as a WWT wastewater treatment plant. Production will use environmentally friendly chromium-free technology in the operation of the painting and anodizing lines. Part of the energy demand will be met by photovoltaic installations on the roof of the facilities. In addition, heat pumps will be used for heating purposes in the office building. The investment will receive BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level.
The Reynears Aluminum plant is located on the S8 expressway. The proximity of this route will allow you to reach the center of Warsaw in about 30 minutes, and also ensures that the facility is well connected with key centers in the country.
