Prologis purchased land with an area of over 23 ha for the implementation of new warehouse investments in the Prologis Park Nadarzyn II distribution center. The plot is located directly at the exit from the S8 route in Siestrzeń, in the Żabia Wola commune.
With a strategic location, which is also available near two districts of Warsaw (approximately 30 km from the city center), it allows for effective logistics services for the Warsaw agglomeration. The proximity of two main national roads DK50 and DK79 and the close proximity to the A2 motorway and the S8 route make the site a wider hub for nationwide and wider delivery services. The advantage of the location of Nadarzyn Park II is also the distance from the Warsaw-Okęcie airport (40 km) and Warsaw-Modlin (38 km).

Prologis expects tenants to gain access to the property in mid-2026.
