Satoia S.A. has more land in its investment portfolio

The land bank already exceeds 1 million. 200,000 sq.m., and will expand by another 1 million sq.m. in the coming months. Satoia S.A. has land with final building permits, but is constantly looking for attractive locations.

Nearshoring, shortening supply chains, moving production from Asia to Europe, mainly to European Union countries. This is an important factor in reducing operational risk. I believe that this trend will become even stronger, so our main goal is to purchase and prepare land not only for logistics and warehousing investments, but mainly for manufacturing," says Marcin Tadeusz Ochyra.

Before being included in Satoia S.A.'s investment portfolio, the land undergoes a multi-stage verification. This is due to the company's strategy: the land is prepared and ready for the investor to start construction even the day after the transaction.

Satoia invests in both the preparation of documentation including building permits, as well as the surrounding infrastructure and utilities. Activities are aimed not only at increasing the attractiveness of a given plot of land, but also the prospective development of neighboring areas, affecting the functioning of the local community.
We have considerable experience in this area, which is why the greater part of our investment portfolio is currently made up of land intended for production activities. In this context, we are preparing appropriate documentation for these plots, with a view to future investments," says Marcin Tadeusz Ochyra.

Strategically located properties are key for Satoia S.A., enabling the company to develop long-term business partnerships and meet even the demanding needs of its international logistics, warehousing and manufacturing customers.
For this reason - despite its already extensive real estate portfolio - Satoia is actively seeking new, attractive locations. Currently, the company is focusing on finding land for manufacturing investments in Lower and Upper Silesia. 

An impressive logistics and warehouse complex is currently under construction in Kąty Wrocławskie. Plots of land with a total area of 800,000 sqm have been sold to four international investors.

Satoia S.A. is responsible for preparing the site for the investment, obtaining the necessary documentation, including building permits, and providing comprehensive infrastructure, including roads and utilities such as sewerage.

Located near the exit from the A4 highway, the site prepared by Satoia S.A. in Kąty Wrocławskie offers convenient access to major transportation routes, which promotes fast and efficient distribution of goods, both domestically and internationally.
