Żabka to open a new logistics center in Kąty Wrocławskie (Lower Silesian Voivodeship) at the beginning of 2025. This investment will create nearly 600 jobs, both directly within Żabka and through its partner companies. Recruitment for various warehouse positions is already underway. Employees can expect competitive employment terms and a comprehensive benefits package.
Even larger warehouse right by the highway
The new facility will replace the current warehouse in Tyniec Mały near Wrocław, which will cease operations after a planned five-year period. Located next to the A4 highway, the Kąty Wrocławskie warehouse will be launched in two phases: freezer and automated cooling areas at the start of 2025, followed by the dry goods section, signaling a full operational transition from Tyniec Mały.
Notably, the Kąty Wrocławskie site will be another semi-automated logistics center, featuring automated processes in the cooling areas. The center’s 35,000 sq. m. space will be 1.5 times larger than the current warehouse and will include future expansion potential for an additional 6,500 sq. m. Initially, the center will serve approximately 1,500 stores in the Wrocław region and reduce the load on the Komorniki logistics hub by handling refrigeration and freezing orders for the area.
The semi-automated center will integrate advanced solutions proven at other Żabka facilities and include numerous eco-friendly innovations, such as a rooftop photovoltaic installation and electric vehicle chargers.

The new logistics center will employ nearly 600 people, including those retained from Tyniec Mały and new hires.

Additionally, employees benefit from a wide non-salary package featuring private healthcare, life insurance, a pension program, a sports card, language courses, holiday gifts, and team-building events.
“Our new logistics center will be a state-of-the-art facility offering numerous amenities for our employees. In addition to modern offices and conference rooms, the facility will feature a spacious canteen where employees can enjoy hot meals. We are also preparing comfortable social areas and a parking lot with electric vehicle chargers and bicycle racks. Furthermore, the center will host a NANO store, offering employees discounted shopping options,” says Tomasz Kamiński, Logistics Center Director, Żabka Polska.

Thanks to cutting-edge solutions, the company ensures efficient service for over 9,000 franchisees, with approximately 3 million deliveries made annually.
