Tract grows at 7R Park Poznan West

7R has signed another lease agreement with Poltrakt. The logistics operator will expand its space at 7R Park Poznan West by another 4,000 sqm.  

Polrakt is a family-owned company specializing in delivery and warehousing. It has been operating in the international logistics market for 30 years. The operator, with the addition of additional space, will occupy more than 12 thousand sqm at 7R Park Poznañ West.

The 7R Park Poznań West warehouse is located in Tarnów Górny - just 22 kilometers west of the center of Poznań and only 8 kilometers from the S11 expressway. Its close proximity to Poznań-Ławica airport makes the location an efficient logistics point for both domestic and international operations.
