Firma zajmie w parku ponad 30 000 mkw. powierzchni, z czego 29 750 mkw. będzie przeznaczone na magazynowanie, a 2 750 mkw. na biuro.
Część inwestycji zostanie wyposażona w studia fotograficzne i filmowe o łącznej powierzchni 416 mkw., gdzie realizowane będą sesje zdjęciowe produktów dostępnych w sklepie internetowym.
