The Gateway A2 logistics center is a new, Class A development on the Polish market. It offers flexible modules available for both lease and purchase, allowing tenants and investors to choose spaces that best suit their operational needs. Each module covers approximately 9 350 sqm, with a total of up to 80 000 sqm of existing and planned space available. All facilities are built to A-class standards, ensuring optimal durability, comfort, efficiency, and safety for users.

The first 9 350 sqm has already been completed, while the remaining 69 500 sqm. can be custom-built to meet specific client requirements. With a standard clear height of 14 meters, extendable up to 30 meters, and a 7-ton floor load capacity, the Gateway A2 Project provides the ideal environment for heavy equipment handling, production, and high-density storage.

The Gateway A2 Świecko logistics center is located in Świecko, right on the Polish-German border, with direct access to national road DK 29 and the A2 motorway. The location ensures fast and convenient transport both to Germany and to major Polish cities such as Poznań and Warsaw.
