P3 Warsaw I logistics center

The logistics center offers two BTS buildings, which will be BREEAM-certified at the Very Good level. As part of the A-class building standard, the warehouse modules offer:

  • 12 x 25 m column grid,
  • a storage height of 10 m,
  • a dust-free floor with a load capacity of 5 T / sq. m,
  • ESFR-type sprinkler system and the required fire-fighting equipment,
  • docks with protective collars and hydraulic lifts,
  • gates from the "0" level.

Modern logistics center

The P3 Warsaw I logistics center is located just 13 km from the Warsaw ring road and 8 km from the S8 expressway. It is adjacent to a logistics center of UPS company and a wholesale center.

The warehouses will be equipped with environmentally friendly solutions, including energy-efficient LED lighting with an automatic control system and charging stations for electric cars.
