P3 Warsaw I logistics center

The logistics center offers two BTS buildings that will be BREEAM certified at the Very Good level. As part of the A-class building standard, the warehouse modules offer:

a column grid of 12 x 25 m,
a clear height of 10 m,
dust-free flooring with a load-bearing capacity of 5 T / sqm,
an ESFR sprinkler system and required fire protection equipment,
docks with protective collars and hydraulic levelers,
drive-in gates from the „0” level.

Modern logistics center

The P3 Warsaw I logistics center is located just 13 km from the Warsaw ring road and 8 km from the S8 expressway. It is adjacent to the UPS logistics center and a wholesale trade center.

The warehouses will be equipped with eco-friendly solutions, including energy-saving LED lighting with an automatic control system and electric vehicle charging stations.

Over the last 20 years, Lesznowola has transformed from a typically agricultural municipality into one with a residential and service character. Currently, more than 5,000 business entities operate within its territory. The municipality constantly invests in the construction of municipal roads and co-finances (to a significant degree - 50-75%) the construction and modernization of county and provincial roads.

Furthermore, Lesznowola actively cooperates with the Marshal of the Masovian Voivodeship to improve transit traffic, which involves the construction of a new route for provincial road No. 721.
