Modern warehouse halls are adapted to the needs of tenants from various industries; it is also possible to conduct light manufacturing.
The warehouses for lease available to tenants within the park will be built in accordance with the standard that tenants can expect from a modern A-class facility:

- dust-free floor with a load capacity of 5 T/sqm.

P3 Grodzisk is located south of the A2 motorway. It is 37 km (approx. 40 min) from Warsaw, 9 km (14 min) from Błonie. The Chopin International Airport in the capital is located within a 30-minute drive. The location is therefore suitable for logistics operators. The proximity to the Warsaw market also offers convenient access for staff.

Panattoni dla Raben Logistics
Zakończono budowę dwóch dedykowanych obiektów dla Raben Logistics -firmy oferującej kompleksowe usługi logistyczne, w Panattoni Park Grodzis III. Oddział w Chlebni składa się dwóch odrębnych budynków magazynowych jakimi są: magazyn niski przeładunkowy(cross-dock) o powierzchni 8 000 mkw. i magazyn wysokiego składowania o powierzchni około 34 000 mkw. Powstał również budynek biurowy o powierzchni 2 600 mkw.
Każdego dnia obiekt jest w stanie obsłużyć ponad 4 000 przesyłek oraz przyjąć, załadować i wyładować około 265 samochodów dostawczych. Zatrudnienie w tej lokalizacji znalazło 315 osób.
Odział podjął współpracę z 60 przewoźnikami zatrudniającymi około 280 kierowców.
