Marelvi is staying longer at MLP Bucharest West

The largest distributor of electronic and home appliances in Romania has extended its lease agreement for over 8,100 square meters of space in the MLP Bucharest West logistics park. Marelvi signed a contract with MLP Group concerning the lease extension of over 8,100 square meters of modern space in the MLP Bucharest West logistics park. The distributor is one of the first tenants of this complex located in the immediate vicinity of Romania's capital and a key warehouse region of the country. It has been using the logistical and office space for nearly five years.

The company was established in 1995 with solely Romanian capital. It began its distribution operations in 2000, and by 2007, it had become the market leader, turning into the largest distributor of electronic devices and household appliances in Romania. Marelvi collaborates with the most important brands in the Romanian distribution industry. Its portfolio includes over 200 clients, featuring brands such as Arctic, Samsung, Daewoo, and Toshiba.

"Our goal is to provide tenants with attractive warehouse and office spaces that are well suited to their individual needs. MLP Bucharest West is located in the most popular warehouse region of Romania. Its location near the ring road in the northwest part of Bucharest, in the Chitila district, provides optimal conditions for distribution and logistical operations. MLP Bucharest West is an industrial-logistics project of class A. It is being developed on a plot of 18.3 hectares and will ultimately provide 99,000 square meters of warehouse space, with numerous amenities and excellent surrounding road infrastructure. The facilities within the MLP Bucharest West park meet the highest ecological standards and are subjected to BREEAM certification.

MLP Group operates in the Polish, German, Austrian, and Romanian markets and plans expansion in additional countries. According to the "build & hold" strategy, MLP Group retains the logistic parks in its portfolio and manages them independently after their construction.
