omfort joins Hillwood Łowicz South as new tenant – over 30,000 sqm for logistics and office use

Hillwood Poland has secured a new strategic tenant at its Hillwood Łowicz South logistics park. Joining the group of companies operating in this modern complex is Komfort – one of the leading brands on the Polish interior furnishings market, which has leased over 30,000 sqm of space.

The new location will become a key distribution center for Komfort, a company that has been offering comprehensive interior solutions to its customers for over 30 years – from flooring, carpets, and doors to furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and accessories. Known for its strong omnichannel presence and a network of nearly 160 stores across Poland, the brand is developing its operating model by investing in A-class logistics infrastructure.

As part of the lease, Komfort will occupy a warehouse space of over 29,000 sqm and approximately 1,250 sqm of office and social space spread across two floors.

Hillwood Łowicz South is a modern logistics park located directly at the A2 motorway junction, between Warsaw and Łódź.
It offers over 108,000 sqm of A-class warehouse and office space that meets the highest technical standards. The facility holds a BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and offers a storage height of up to 12 meters, a floor load capacity of 10 tons/sqm, and energy-efficient solutions. Thanks to its prime location in central Poland and easy access to the A1 and A2 motorways, the park is an attractive site for both domestic and international logistics operations.
