Hillwood has expanded its Polish portfolio with a logistics park covering nearly 43,000 sqm, located in the eastern part of Gdańsk. Its strategic location near the A1 motorway, the Tri-City bypass, and the Baltic Hub Container Terminal makes the facility a key point on the region's logistics map.
The logistics park was acquired from funds managed by Blackstone and consists of two fully leased warehouse buildings on Elbląska street – the first with an area of 27,000 sqm, the second with an area of 16,000 sqm. Full commercialization of the facility confirms its attractiveness and importance for the logistics sector.
„We are consistently implementing our strategy of investing in the most attractive locations. We focus on fully leased logistics facilities that meet market needs. Alongside our development activities, we are increasingly investing in the acquisition of ready-made projects that complement our portfolio. I am convinced that the newly purchased logistics park in Gdańsk-Rudniki will contribute to further strengthening our presence in all key logistics markets in Poland – comments Hubert Michalak, CEO of Hillwood Polska.
