The new warehouse for Frigo Logistics will be established in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.

Frigo Logistics has begun construction of a new warehouse complex in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. The first stage of the investment will be commissioned in October 2024. The company has signed a contract with the general contractor, Kajima Poland.

"The investment in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki is a key element of a broader investment plan worth PLN 200 million, which we will implement in the coming years. We entrusted the construction of our new distribution center to Kajima Poland, confident that the experience of its specialists in the construction of large industrial facilities and their professionalism will enable the completion of this demanding project on time. We will start warehouse operations in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki in October 2024," emphasized Kris Verbruggen, President of Frigo Logistics, during the contract signing ceremony with the general contractor.

The complex being built by Kajima Poland will be the 11th Frigo Logistics location in Poland and an important point in the development of the distribution network. Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki is located a short distance from Warsaw, significantly enhancing the logistical capabilities of the operator in central Poland. Kajima Poland and Frigo Logistics have previously collaborated, for example, in the construction and subsequent expansion of the cold stores in Radomsko in 2019.

Frigo Logistics' investment is a very interesting project, especially from a technological point of view. The construction of a refrigerated warehouse is a complex process, much more demanding than traditional warehouses or manufacturing halls. "We are pleased that Frigo Logistics has entrusted Kajima Poland with the implementation of another project and we believe that our experience will allow for timely implementation of the investment," said Maciej Runkiewicz, President of Kajima Poland.

On a plot of 5.4 thousand square meters, a complex of 6 buildings with a total area of 9.5 thousand square meters is being built. The largest will be a fully automated self-supporting warehouse with a capacity of 15 thousand pallet spaces, planned for the second stage of the investment. It will offer 12 levels of storage and its usable height will reach 32 m. The complex will include a distribution warehouse with a capacity of 6 thousand pallet spaces and a dispatch zone with 11 loading docks, as well as buildings serving as technical and social-office facilities.

The modern distribution center in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki will be a flagship investment for Frigo Logistics. It is part of the company's broader investment plan, which will allocate over PLN 200 million for development activities in the coming years. Due to the growing market needs, Frigo Logistics also wants to expand the existing facility in Żnin.

As a logistics operator of deep-frozen products, Frigo Logistics currently has ten locations. The warehouse being built in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki will be another operator's location. The company's comprehensive logistics services include: goods receipt, storage, picking, co-packing, issuance, transport, and distribution.
