7R Park Kielce expanded, MyBox Logistics continues expansion

7R has expanded 7R Park Kielce. Existing tenant myBOX Logistics leases additional space and will thus occupy a total of more than 30,800 sqm in the project.

7R Park Kielce is a high-end warehouse park meeting the highest technical standards. In the first stage, two halls were built with a total area of over 40,000 sqm. Currently, the expansion of hall 2. by another nearly 32 thousand sqm. has been completed. The area of the complex after the expansion will be more than 72 thousand sqm. 

The main tenant of the complex, myBOX Logistics (a company belonging to Marketing Investment Group, owner and distributor of such brands as JD Sport, Sizeer, 50 Style, Timberland, Symbiosis, New Era, Ellesse and Umbro) has decided to lease another area in the expanded hall. It will now occupy more than 30,800 sqm there.

7R Park Kielce is located in Chęciny, just 13 km from the center of Kielce, and in the immediate vicinity of provincial road No. 762 and the S7 expressway (Kielce Południe junction). The location and access to key road infrastructure also provides a quick connection to the John Paul II airport in Cracow, providing both current and future tenants with a comprehensive base of logistics and transportation channels. Insect houses have been erected in the park, and the developer has also taken care of the greenery. The complex will be BREEAM environmentally certified. The general contractor for the entire complex is Kajima Poland.
