DTW extends lease of 10,000 sqm at Prologis Park Błonie – a decade of cooperation and stable growth.

DTW, operating in the logistics and distribution sector, has extended its lease of 10,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Błonie.

The new agreement, concluded under the Clear Lease® model, is the next stage of cooperation ongoing since 2015 and a symbolic summary of a decade of DTW's presence in one of the key Prologis locations in the Warsaw metropolitan area.

In recent months, a lot has been happening at Prologis Park Błonie – new partners have joined our client base, and other companies, including Iron Mountain, have decided to stay with us for longer. The lease extension by DTW is another example of a long-term relationship based on trust, alignment with needs, and stable financial conditions. The fact that Prologis Park Błonie remains a place that supports the operational development of our clients every day gives us great satisfaction. New agreements show that our offer – despite the passing years – is still relevant. It responds to real business needs and meets the expectations of even the most demanding clients” – said Piotr Lenczewski, Senior Leasing Manager at Prologis.

Prologis Park Błonie is a very important element in our logistics chain – it is here that we started and it is here that one of our operational centers is currently located, from which we serve clients across Poland and abroad every day. Extending the agreement is a natural step, because the location works perfectly, and the cooperation with Prologis has been running smoothly and professionally for years. The Clear Lease® agreement gives us an additional advantage – thanks to fixed lease terms, we can precisely plan our budget and focus on operational development without the risk of unforeseen expenses” said Filip Kazimierczak, Operations Director of Contract Logistics at DTW.
