ILS Sp. z o.o. – one of the leading logistics operators in Poland – is expanding its warehouse resources. The company has leased nearly 32,000 sqm of space in CTPark Warsaw North, which will serve as a strategic buffer warehouse supporting key operations.
The warehouse in CTPark Warsaw North was chosen as a facility for the main ILS logistics center in Zakroczym. The facility is intended to handle import deliveries, as well as ongoing replenishment of warehouse stocks.
As emphasized by Grzegorz Sakowski, Senior Logistics Manager at ILS, the choice was determined by:
high quality of the park,
proximity to the S7 route,
convenient connections with other centers – including those in Sosnowiec and Komorniki.
ILS has leased:
31,755 sqm of warehouse space,
227 sqm of office and social space
in the WARN01 building within the park.
The space has been tailored to the scale and nature of the company's operations, which serves sectors including automotive, chemical, petrochemical, and FMCG. ILS uses modern WMS systems and radio scanning technology, which supports precise management of goods flow.
The company currently operates in 21 locations – both in Poland and, among others, in Latvia, Romania, or Croatia. CTPark Warsaw North is the first facility from the CTP portfolio used by ILS, and at the same time another step in expanding the operational network.
As emphasized by Bartosz Kozieł, Business Developer at CTP Polska, the cooperation with ILS is the result of a proactive approach and the quality of the park's infrastructure. CTPark Warsaw North offers:
excellent connections with Warsaw and the country's regions,
modern ESG solutions,
infrastructure supporting efficient logistics processes.
CTPark Warsaw North is located right next to the S7 expressway and offers modern solutions in the area of green energy and resource management. The park attracts diverse tenants – in addition to ILS, companies such as Kuchnie Świata, Trako Team Rafał Kopański, and Zakład Techniki Cieplnej i Chłodniczej Klima operate here.
The new ILS investment highlights how dynamically the demand for high-quality warehouse space in the Warsaw area is growing and how important a role logistics operators play in the integration of supply chains.
