Accolade, an international investor in the industrial real estate sector, in a joint venture with Conseq, has purchased a BTS warehouse from 7R, a developer of high-quality commercial facilities.
The transaction confirms forecasts regarding the growing activity of investors in the warehouse market.
The facility covers over 20,000 sqm of production and office space.
7R BTS Bielsko – Biała West I has been fully leased by Aluprof, a leading manufacturer of aluminum systems in Poland. The facility covers over 20,000 sqm of production and office space, adapted to the company's key business operations, such as warehousing, production, and transport. The building has been fully tailored to the tenant's needs, both in terms of functionality and technology, ensuring operational efficiency as well as a modern and safe work environment.
The location in Międzyrzecze near Bielsko-Biała provides excellent transport accessibility, thanks to the proximity of major transport arteries, which supports the efficiency of Aluprof's logistics operations. The facility has obtained a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.

In the transaction, the majority buyer is Conseq, which acquired 90 percent of the shares. The seller was represented by the law firm SKJB Szybkowski Kuźma Jeleń Brzoza-Ostrowska sp.k. Conseq and Accolade were represented by the law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. The role of Asset Manager was taken over by Accolade.
