It's 50 million euros

Near Gdańsk, the implementation of a large warehouse project has begun – Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk. The investment worth 50 million euros will provide over 67 thousand sqm of modern space and responds to the growing importance of Pomorze as a key logistics hub.

Two buildings and flexible lease modules

Jet Investment is responsible for the project, which has already started construction and preparatory works.

The investment will include:

two class A buildings,

over 67 000 sqm of gross area,

lease modules from 2 500 sqm.

Such a structure will allow serving both large logistics operators and smaller companies.

Location by the S6 and A1 strengthens the potential

The park is being built in Będzieszyn, in the Pruszcz Gdański municipality, by the S6 route, near the Rusocin junction on the A1 motorway.

A key advantage is also the proximity of Port Gdańsk, which is one of the most important transshipment points in the Baltic Sea region.

Port development drives the warehouse market

A strong impulse for the investment is the dynamic development of the Baltic Hub. The T3 terminal has increased transshipment capacity to about 4,5 million TEU annually, which strengthens the position of Pomorze as an international logistics center.

Ecological solutions and modern infrastructure

The project assumes the implementation of a number of pro-ecological solutions:

photovoltaic installations,

electric vehicle charging stations,

LED lighting,

rainwater retention system.

Additionally, the buildings will provide 12 m of storage height, which will increase the operational efficiency of tenants.

Human resources and regional development

Pomorze has a strong base of employees and academic facilities – over 90 thousand students supply the local labor market in the logistics, transport, and industry sectors.

The project already has financing and its first tenants

The investor has secured financing and is in talks with tenants, and part of the space is already covered by pre-lease agreements.

Pomorze is growing as the logistics gate of Poland

The new investment confirms the growing role of the Tricity region as a strategic point on the map of European logistics – connecting sea, road, and rail transport.

Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk has a chance to become one of the key warehouse projects in northern Poland, supporting the development of trade and distribution on an international scale.
