Large lease in Sosnowiec. 45,5 thousand sqm of space remains in the tenant's hands

One of the tenants from the production and industrial sector has renewed the lease agreement for approximately 45,5 thousand sqm of space in Sosnowiec Distribution Centre. The scale of the transaction confirms the importance of Górny Śląsk and Zagłębie as one of the key warehouse and industrial markets in Poland.

45,5 thousand sqm under a single agreement

The tenant decided to continue operations in Sosnowiec Distribution Centre, renewing the agreement covering approximately 45,5 thousand sqm of space.

The renewal of such a large agreement shows that existing and well-connected facilities remain attractive to companies conducting production and industrial activities.

Location by the S1 route

Sosnowiec Distribution Centre is located approximately 12 km from the center of Sosnowiec, within one of the largest industrial and logistics centers in the country.

One of the most important advantages of the complex is the direct vicinity of the S1 expressway. At a short distance, the route connects with the A4 motorway, providing access to the main transport corridors of southern Poland.

Such a location allows for the efficient handling of both domestic and international supply chains.

Near Euroterminal Sławków

An additional advantage of the location is the proximity of Euroterminal Sławków, one of the most important points for railway freight transport services in the region.

The terminal enables the handling of railway transport using both European and broad-gauge tracks. It thus constitutes a crucial element of the infrastructure connecting European markets with eastern destinations.
