MDC2 - a developer of sustainable warehouse and logistics space operating in the Polish market, together with investor Invesco Real Estate, has finalized the lease of 10,784 sqm of space at MDC2 Park Gliwice.
The tenant is an international company providing comprehensive IT solutions for energy markets, service providers, industrial companies.
MDC2 Park Gliwice is being developed to the BREEAM New Construction standard at the highest level, Outstanding. Such a high rating is made possible by the use of a number of solutions to increase the energy efficiency of the buildings, as well as a well thought-out environment with its biodiversity, prepared with the well-being of the facility's employees and guests in mind.
MDC2 Park Gliwice consists of 3 warehouse buildings with a total area of 57,000 sqm. The logistics center is located at the junction of two highways: A4, which runs through Poland from east to west, starting in Ukraine, through Germany and on to Spain, and A1, which runs from north to south, connecting the Baltic ports with the Mediterranean Sea. The surrounding transportation routes also include a network of national roads, including the local Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa - an extremely popular route in the Upper Silesian Agglomeration.
Thanks to a well-thought-out technological concept that increases the energy efficiency of the buildings, the facility stands out in the warehouse space market, gaining recognition from tenants for whom the development of innovation in the industry is very important.
