Panattoni has completed the construction of a central warehouse for Neonet, the owner of a chain of over 300 electronics stores in the country. The developer delivered 44,000 sqm, with the option to expand by another 20,000 sqm, and the lease transaction was brokered by the advisory firm Colliers International. One of the most important tasks of the new warehouse will be to support the company's e-commerce, which is constantly growing, reflecting global trends. As of March 2021, the global online electronics market was valued at 343 billion dollars, and it is expected to grow to as much as 511 billion by 2025. Changes are also noticeable in Poland, where in 2020, online sales of equipment such as phones and laptops increased by over 20 percent. More customers are becoming convinced of this form of purchasing, and its attractiveness grows with shorter delivery times.

The electronics retail industry is growing rapidly, driven by a constant increase in consumption in the small and large electronics and home appliance market segments. We have already delivered over a million sqm for various chains. Our experience in serving this industry, as well as our activity in the strategically located Central Poland market, makes us an ideal partner for implementing supra-regional projects. We are pleased that the Neonet chain saw an opportunity for the next step in its development in the domestic market through cooperation with Panattoni, and we believe that this is not our last collaboration – says
Katarzyna Kujawiak, Development Director at Panattoni. The location in central Poland, proximity to the S14 road, and being situated approximately 35 km from the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways create excellent conditions for serving Neonet customers and brick-and-mortar stores throughout Poland. The chain is constantly developing, which is why modern and adapted industrial space has become essential. The full range of Neonet products will be stored in the Pabianice facility. By delivering the space, Panattoni has completed the first stage of the park's development.
