New tenant at Panattoni Park Koszalin – leading logistics operator occupies nearly 9,000 sq m.

Panattoni, the world's most active industrial real estate developer, has secured a new tenant for its investment in Western Pomerania. One of the leaders in the logistics industry has launched a new branch at Panattoni Park Koszalin. The company has leased nearly 9,000 sq m.

The company's new location – just 4 km from the S6 expressway and 3 km from the center of Koszalin – provides ideal conditions for efficient distribution in north-western Poland and for handling last-mile operations.

The facility, meeting the highest standards of modern infrastructure and operational efficiency, will enable the company to further optimize its logistics services in the Koszalin region.

- „We are pleased that a leading logistics operator has once again chosen a Panattoni investment – this time joining our group of clients in Koszalin. This confirms that we effectively meet the growing demands of business by providing class A warehouse space in an excellent location and with the highest operational quality in regions that, just a few years ago, were not considered a natural direction for the development of the real estate industry. Panattoni was the first to recognize the potential of investing around medium-sized cities, such as Koszalin” – comments Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Koszalin is the developer's first multi-tenant facility in this city, offering a total of over 65,000 sq m of warehouse space. The investment is certified under the BREEAM system, thus meeting high environmental requirements. Thanks to its strategic location near the S6 road (Szczecin – Gdańsk) and national road 11 (connecting Koszalin with Poznań and the south of the country), it provides excellent communication with key markets in the country and abroad, attracting entrepreneurs from various industries. The location near the city and the proximity of university campuses, in turn, facilitates the influx of qualified employees and excellent communication.

Only 2,335 sq m of modern warehouse space remains available in the complex, particularly attractive for local entrepreneurs or logistics operators looking for a small transshipment hub. This space is already ready for use, with the possibility of adapting office modules and the option of converting it into a semi-cross-dock module.
