The Lubelskie Voivodeship is developing dynamically, becoming a driving force for the whole of Eastern Poland. The pro-business attitude of the local authorities, the development of locations such as the Świdnica Economic Activity Zone, access to qualified personnel - nearly 64,000 university graduates a year - and finally the growing volume of modern industrial space, attract business of a diverse profile. Also not without significance is the Via Carpatia international route, which is still under construction and which, crossing the region, will eventually connect Lithuania's Klaipeda with Greece's Thessaloniki, creating a key transport route for the eastern part of the European Union. In light of this potential, the additional 54,000 sqm of industrial space we will provide at Panattoni Park Lublin IV is excellent news for the region - says D
orota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.Panattoni Park Lublin IV will be constructed on the premises of the Economic Activity Zone in Świdnik, located in the direct vicinity of the Lublin Airport, providing a good connection to both the regional capital and the centre of Świdnik. The complex of two buildings will be located next to the Lublin-Zadadabie junction, which is the meeting point of the S12 road - ultimately connecting Central Poland with the eastern border - and the S17, running from Warsaw to Lublin, and in the future to the south-eastern border. The investment will also provide excellent access to the S19 road, which is part of Via Carpatia.
At the end of 2022, Panattoni completed a giant project in the Lublin region. Panattoni Park Lublin II in Niemce took up approximately 84,000 sqm, becoming a comprehensive business platform accelerating the development of the region, proving itself in both warehouse and logistics processes, as well as production. From 2019, Varroc Lighting Systems, a manufacturer of innovative outdoor lighting systems and control electronics, bought out by Plastic Omnium in 2022, has ran its production processes and R&D department as a part of this investment. Meanwhile, Stella Pack, one of Europe's largest distributors of non-chemical cleaning and hygiene products, started operations at the park at the beginning of this year.
