Panattoni buys a plot and plans a new investment in Kraków – it already has its first tenant

Panattoni, the most active industrial real estate developer in the world, has purchased a plot of land where Panattoni Park Kraków East V will be built. Construction is scheduled to start in October of this year and the investment already has its first tenant – the company Highway Automotive.

The developer is consistently expanding its portfolio in the Kraków market. The company acquired a 9.6-hectare plot in Zakrzów – just 19 km from the very center of Kraków – and will begin construction of a class A hall with an area of 39,000 sq m. The investment has already gained its first tenant – 8,000 sq m will be occupied by Highway Automotive, a distributor of parts for trucks, buses, and construction and agricultural machinery, such as components for air conditioning, engines and their cooling, or exhaust emission control. From May 2025, the company will serve the global market from this location.

Panattoni Park Kraków East V will be located east of Kraków, less than 2 km from the A4 motorway junction and 9 km from the S7 expressway, which will ensure excellent connectivity with major centers in the country and abroad. The airport in Balice is about 30 km away. Flexible module shaping conditions will allow the facility to be used for diverse processes, from typical logistics applications to light manufacturing.

The new park – in accordance with the developer's standard – will undergo environmental certification using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level, which will translate into lower operating costs for tenants and will support the achievement of climate goals. 

Development in Małopolska. Panattoni has recognized the potential of Małopolska for years – the company has already completed over 290,000 sq m of modern industrial space in the region. Last year, it delivered its largest investment – Panattoni Park Kraków North with an area of 56,500 sq m, as well as two parks located in Skawina. This year, two investments have already been delivered – City Logistics Kraków Airport II and Panattoni Park Kraków East IV, and another park will be completed in August: City Logistics Kraków III.
