Panattoni, the most active industrial real estate developer in the world, has completed the construction of City Logistics Warsaw IX. The modern facility with an area of over 13,000 sqm is located in Targówku Fabrycznym and already has its first tenants.
City Logistics Warsaw IX was built with the needs of urban logistics and e-commerce in mind, at the intersection of Utrata and Zabraniecka streets. Such a location ensures efficient transport and road connections to the city center, and the investment has enjoyed great interest from tenants from the very beginning. Nearly half of the facility has already been occupied by Inter-Mlecz – a distributor of the largest food brands has moved its operations here from a nearby location. Now, the company GESPAR – a distributor of medical products and hygiene products for children and adults – has joined the group of tenants.
„Thanks to its strategic location near the main communication arteries of the capital, our new facility, City Logistics Warsaw IX, responds to the growing market demand for warehouse spaces optimized for fast „last-mile” deliveries. Moreover, our spaces not only meet the highest standards of efficiency and innovation, but are also designed with maximum adaptation to the various needs of clients in mind. This is a place where technology and accessibility go hand in hand to meet the challenges of modern urban logistics – say
s Karolina Przygoda, Associate Leasing Director at Panattoni.
City Logistics Warsaw IX is characterized not only by its excellent location, but also by the use of ecological solutions that reduce energy and water consumption. The roof of the facility has been reinforced for photovoltaic installations. Sustainable solutions are a response to global ecological challenges and the expectations of the clients themselves.
As part of last-mile facilities, the developer has delivered over 600,000 sqm of space in Poland to date. In Warsaw alone, city parks built by Panattoni already occupy over 150,000 sqm. They enjoy enormous interest because they can be adapted to carry out diverse processes for a wide range of tenants, while simultaneously facilitating access to qualified staff. They are used by both courier companies and manufacturing plants. Laboratories, showrooms, and R&D departments are being created on their premises.
