
Panattoni, the most active industrial real estate developer in the world, has secured financing for the construction of a new facility - Panattoni Park Bieruń I. A loan of 10.5 million EUR was provided by Alior Bank. The investment, with an area of nearly 20,000 sq m, will be completed in February 2025.
Panattoni Park Bieruń I is located in a strategic spot near the main communication arteries of Silesia. The facility is situated 2.5 km from the center of Bieruń, 1.5 km from national road no. 44, and 17 km from the A4 motorway junction and the S1 national road. Thanks to the newly built junction on the S1 route to Bielsko-Biała, the park will provide excellent communication for the local, national, and international markets.

The investment already has its first tenant. It is the company Nodium Group, owner of Sport-Shop.pl – one of the largest sports online stores in Poland. Nearly 7,000 sq m of space remains available for rent, which can be used by companies from the automotive, e-commerce, logistics, and even light industry sectors.
Panattoni Park Bieruń I will obtain BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. It will be equipped with numerous energy and water-saving solutions, which will translate into lower operating costs for tenants. The roof of the facility will be reinforced for a photovoltaic installation, and the park area will feature bicycle spaces and electric vehicle charging stations.
