Panattoni with financing for development in the Tricity – 50,000 sqm in the Port of Gdańsk region

Panattoni has secured over 32 million euros in credit from mBank for the construction of the first hall at Panattoni Park Tricity East V. The facility will house the largest logistics center in Poland for the company Regesta.

Pomerania is one of the fastest-growing markets in the industrial real estate sector. At the end of 2018, the total stock of modern space in the Pomeranian Voivodeship was 450,000 sqm, reaching three times that amount by the end of 2022. This rapid development and immense potential are recognized by financial institutions, including mBank. The bank provided financing for the construction of a 50,000 sqm hall as part of Panattoni Park Tricity East V.

Panattoni Park Tricity East V will be located close to the A1 motorway, the Tricity bypass, and the Baltic Hub deep-water container terminal. Construction of the facility has just begun, but 36,000 sqm has already been leased by Regesta, which will use the facility in Q1 2024. This will be the largest facility in the operator's national portfolio, and the location of the investment will allow for cooperation with the port, container transshipment at Baltic Hub and BCT, and the expansion of services provided within the framework of maritime transport organization. The new space will include over 35,000 sqm of block and rack storage, a packaging zone, cross-docking, a customs warehouse, and modernly designed offices for operations, forwarding, and customs agency services.

Panattoni Park Tricity East V will achieve a very high standard. The investment will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and will be equipped with numerous solutions in the field of water and energy savings, ecology, biodiversity, and user wellbeing.
