A logistics center with a total area of approximately 13,000 sqm is located in the town of Bardo directly at the entrance to national road no. 8, just 2 km from the planned junction of the S8 expressway on the Wrocław - Kłodzko section. The complex consists of two buildings equipped with storage and cold storage chambers along with accompanying office and social space.
The buildings that make up the complex are maintained to a good standard and will be perfect for, among other things, the storage of food products.
The first storage building with an area of approx. 4000 sqm, has been equipped with storage chambers allowing for the maintenance of various temperature ranges from 1ºC to 20ºC. Thanks to the installed Tolsma storage system, the hall allows for ventilation, drying, and cooling of goods depending on needs. The remaining part of the building with a total area of 810 sqm has been adapted for production activities. Access to the interior of the warehouse is possible via three ground-level gates.
The second building with a total area of approx. 9000 sqm has 14 cold storage chambers allowing for the maintenance of various temperature ranges from 0ºC to 6ºC. One of the cold stores allows for maintaining a negative temperature of - 2ºC. The remaining part of the facility includes 2760 sqm of production space. Additionally, the office building attached to the hall provides over 700 sqm of modern office and social space with a representative conference room.
The Lower Silesian region continuously enjoys great popularity among tenants of warehouse space. Due to its location in the vicinity of the A8 and A4 motorways, it provides ideal conditions for the distribution of goods to the domestic and foreign markets. Special economic zones influence attractive lease terms and attract entrepreneurs from many industries.
The investment is located right next to national road no. 8, which will be rebuilt into the S8 expressway. The small distance of the facility from the border with the Czech Republic and Germany provides excellent conditions for the distribution of goods to those markets.
