CTPark Opole is a project by CTP - one of the largest warehouse developers in the Central European region. Ultimately, four warehouse halls with a total area of 55,400 sqm will be available for tenants.

Warehouse halls for rent in the vicinity of a transport hub

The CTPark Opole logistics center is located in close proximity to the junction of national roads no. 45 and 46. The logistics park is also located at a distance of approx. 3.5 km from the center of Opole.

All warehouse spaces within the CTPark Opole logistics center meet specific standards:

BTS and CityFlex warehouses

As part of the planned project, halls will be built in several concepts implemented by CTP:

CTFit: facilities built strictly according to the requirements of Clients, allowing for the adaptation of the facility to specific requirements (e.g., cold stores, R&D centers, High-Tech production),
CTSpace: high-quality warehouse spaces for the demanding.

Production halls for rent

The developer is well known for the implementation of production facilities and advanced industrial facilities. The implemented facilities already have additional production adaptations and increased parameters compared to standard logistics facilities as standard.

Minimum warehouse modules are available from 2,657 sqm.

CTPark Opole is located in the north-western part of the city with direct access to the northern bypass.

CTP warehouses for rent are located just 11 km from the A4 motorway. The park is located within the Opole Special Economic Zone (OSSE), which provides attractive tax incentives for companies.
