CTPark Zabrze is a new project by CTP - one of the largest warehouse developers in the Central European region. On a plot of 21 hectares, five warehouse halls with a total area of 91,769 sqm will ultimately be available for tenants.

The CTPark Zabrze logistics center is located in the central part of Upper Silesia. The park is situated in the vicinity of the junction of national roads 94 and 88. The logistics park is also located approximately 5 km from the A1 motorway, which guarantees excellent conditions for the distribution of goods throughout Poland as well as Southern and Western Europe.

 
High-standard warehouse halls 

All warehouse spaces within the CTPark Zabrze logistics center meet specific standards:

• storage height of 11 meters,
  
• floor load capacity of 6T/sqm,
  
• equipped with a fire protection system.

BTS and CityFlex warehouses

As part of the planned project, halls will be built in several concepts implemented by CTP:

• CTFit: facilities built strictly according to client requirements, allowing for the adaptation of the facility to specific needs (e.g., cold stores, R&D centers, High-Tech production),
  
• CTFlex: flexible warehouse spaces meeting the expectations of tenants from various industries,
  
• CTSpace: high-quality warehouse spaces for the demanding.
  

Production halls for rent

The developer is well known for the realization of production facilities and advanced industrial objects. The realized facilities already have additional production adaptations and increased parameters compared to standard logistics facilities as a standard.

Minimum warehouse modules are available from approximately 1,171 sqm.
