Within the investment area, there will be a spacious parking lot with parking spaces for passenger cars and trucks, maneuvering yards, expanded green zones with benches, racks, and bicycle shelters, as well as electric vehicle charging stations. Security will be provided by 24/7 surveillance and monitoring.
