Centrum logistyczne zmienia właściciela

Obiekt zlokalizowany w miejscowości Długołęka o łącznej powierzchni 21 500 mkw. należący do Eurologis Sp. z o.o. S.K zmienił właściciela. Nieruchomość nabył fundusz M7 Real Estate.

Centrum Logistyczne Eurologis to bardzo dobry produkt inwestycyjny, czego efektem było szybkie znalezienie nowego właściciela kompleksu.
