Panattoni Park Stargard II is another project by the developer Panattoni implemented in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The park will ultimately consist of two A-class warehouse halls with a total area of approx. 66,000 sqm. The facility is located on the outskirts of Stargard and has a good connection to the S10 expressway. Like other Panattoni projects, the facility in Stargard will undergo BREEAM certification, attesting to the eco-friendly dimension of the investment.
Modern warehouse space available at Panattoni Park Stargard II allows for high-bay storage of goods up to a height of 12m and is equipped with a dust-free floor with a load capacity of 5t/sqm. The park also ensures a high level of fire safety, thanks to the modern ESFR sprinkler system used in the buildings, roof skylights, and smoke vents.
An additional advantage of the park is the natural lighting of the unloading zone. Access to the warehouse space is possible via loading docks with protective collars and hydraulic levelers, as well as ground-level gates. The complex provides tenants with access to a spacious maneuvering yard and a convenient parking lot with numerous parking spaces for passenger cars and trucks.
Warehouses located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship continuously enjoy great interest among smaller and larger entrepreneurs from various industries. The strategic location of the region provides access to important communication arteries, which enable efficient transport of goods to the domestic and European market.
The facility is located just 9 km from the center of Stargard, near the S10 expressway. The Polish-German border is located approx. 60 km from the investment.
