A modern logistics center with a total area of 142,193 sqm is located in Chocicza Mała near Września, right next to the Freedom Motorway. The offered warehouse space can be flexibly adapted according to the needs of tenants from various industries. Office space is available upon request.
The hall was built using the latest technological solutions, ensuring a high standard and comfort of use. The building allows for goods storage up to a height of 12.5 m and is equipped with a dust-free floor with a load capacity of 8t/sqm. The investment is situated in an excellent location, right next to the junction connecting the A2 motorway with national road no. 92, which allows for efficient distribution of goods throughout the country.
