3LP is the first tenant at Hillwood Zgierz

Hillwood Polska has started construction of the new Hillwood Zgierz logistics center. This is another project by the developer in this region (previous investments were completed in Kutno and Stryków). The first lease agreement for 17,000 sqm of warehouse and office space was signed with 3LP SA, one of the leading logistics operators in the country.

Hillwood Zgierz park is distinguished by its excellent location, just 2.5 km from the A2 motorway entrance, in close proximity to the intersection of the A1 (north-south) and A2 (east-west) motorways. The location ensures quick and efficient access to the borders with Germany, the Czech Republic, and Belarus, as well as to the seaports in Gdańsk and Gdynia.

Hillwood Zgierz park will provide an elevated technical standard. The building will have a height of 12 meters, increased fire resistance (+4000 mJ/sqm), and increased floor load capacity (up to 8 t/sqm). 41,000 sqm remains available for lease. The minimum warehouse module is 3,800 sqm. Importantly, the space can be fully adapted to the needs of the future tenant. Depending on the requirements, the developer will also provide office or social space.

The completion of the construction of Hillwood Zgierz park is planned for the third quarter of 2022.
